Meet Candace
CEO | Psychotherapist
Candace Washington, LMSW, is the Founder and CEO of Restorative Minds Therapeutic and Wellness Services. She is a Mother, Author, Minister, Board-Certified Licensed Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Production Therapist, Suicide Survivor, and a United States Air Force Veteran. Candace graduated from Bowie State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and Howard University with a master's degree in social work.
She has over ten years of experience offering mental health services to corporate, faith-based, and government agencies and groups through education, training, clinical support, and advocacy. She is Restorative Minds' mental health consultant and lead facilitator.

Mission
We foster mental health competency by empowering, cultivating, and restoring minds through education, training, coaching, and consulting. Our goal is to use an interactive, engaging, and individualized approach to teach and coach professionals, youth, and young adults about mental health conditions and wellness.
Vision
We envision greater awareness and proficiency in mental health and wellness, which will help to eradicate the stigma associated with mental health. We enable advocacy and empathy to aid in establishing improved emotional and mental well-being across generations and organizations by providing tools and resources for healthier alternatives.
Services
We offer consulting, life coaching, training, youth programming, and public speaking. We specialize in mental health seminars for faith-based communities, public and private schools, corporate agencies, and government organizations. All of our programs are customized to match the specific demands of our clientele.
